Refund policy

You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep the products, from the date you received the package. The products must be shipped back in good condition and well-packaged. 

A refund usually takes 7-14 business days to process.

Register your return by e-mailing us at customer@floppyflops.com. You must include your order number for it to be processed.
